The Lakeshore Villas

Ellington The Lakeshore Villas at The Sanctuary, Dubai, a distinctive gated community, is set to emerge in District 11 of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. This project marks the first master community by the award-winning boutique developer, Ellington Properties, with a completion target set for Q2 2026.

The Waterside, the inaugural cluster of The Sanctuary, was launched in Q1 2023.
