How Vincitore Wellness Estate Designs a Home Around Your Health
Most homes are judged by their size and their view. This one asks a different question: how does it make you feel each day? Vincitore Real Estate Development launched this twin tower project in Majan in October 2025, designing each home around the air you breathe, the water you use, the light you wake to and the sleep you get.
Air, Water, Light and Sleep
The idea is easiest to understand room by room. For air, homes use HEPA and UVC filtration, humidity control and shielding designed to reduce electromagnetic exposure. For water, there is high grade purification, water softening and vitamin C infused showers. For light and rest, the homes include circadian rhythm lighting, mood lighting, extra noise insulation and access to a sleep optimisation studio. Even the surfaces are chosen with health in mind, from antimicrobial flooring and antibacterial kitchen counters to charcoal based odour filters and low VOC paints. Kitchens come fully fitted with branded appliances, and selected homes add private wellness pools. It is a practical, everyday version of wellness rather than a spa visit once a month.
Eight Wellness Floors at Vincitore Wellness Estate
Beyond the apartments, the developer has set aside eight floors and more than 200,000 square feet for over 65 wellness experiences. Residents will find a botanical garden, a maze garden, bamboo pathways, a forest trail of about 3,280 feet and an elevated skywalk roughly 272 feet above the ground. There are Himalayan salt rooms, sound healing studios, infrared saunas, Turkish hammams, a lazy river and rooftop infinity pools, along with a skyline clubhouse with barbecue zones and a star gazing deck. Vincitore Real Estate Development describes the scheme as the world's largest designer wellness residential tower and the first in the GCC with scientifically designed and certified wellness homes. Vincitore Real Estate Development previously delivered Vincitore Benessere in January 2025, its first wellness focused building, which gives buyers a completed project to visit and compare.

Two 36 Storey Towers Beside Al Barari
The project is made up of two buildings, each listed at 36 storeys, in Majan within Wadi Al Safa 3, right next to Al Barari. IMG Worlds of Adventure is less than a kilometre away, Global Village about two kilometres, Majan Wellness Park around 500 metres and Remal Mall Majan just 200 metres. Dunecrest American School sits under a kilometre away, and mapping estimates place Dubai International Airport about 23 minutes by car. The developer also points to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road access and the planned Gold Metro Line nearby.

Price, Payment Plan, Handover and Reaching Out
At launch, prices started from around AED 800,000, with a payment plan of 60% during construction and 40% on handover. Recent resale records from October 2026 show one bedroom homes of about 615 to 784 square feet selling for roughly AED 1.02 million to AED 1.43 million and a three bedroom home of about 2,290 square feet at about AED 3.36 million. Handover is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2029.
