Why Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai Stacks Three Worlds
Most towers do one job well. This one is built to do three. Dar Global is bringing a five star hotel, a private members' club and branded homes together in one 80 floor tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, right at the gateway to Downtown Dubai.

A Hotel, a Club and Private Homes Under One Roof
Rising about 350 metres, the tower is planned as the first Trump branded address in the Middle East. The hotel brings fine dining and entertainment, while the members-only club offers a signature bar, a cigar lounge, a golf simulator, spa treatment rooms, meeting rooms and its own pool, with entry by annual membership and priority access for residents. The homes sit apart from both, with their own state of the art gym, an owners' lounge and a kids' play area. At the very top is a rooftop infinity pool reserved for residents, described by the developer as Dubai's highest outdoor pool and marketed on its project page as the highest in the world. Two signature penthouses take their inspiration from the original Trump Tower on New York's Fifth Avenue.
Inside the Homes at Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai
The residences cover one, two and three bedroom apartments and four bedroom duplex penthouses. Dar Global lists sizes from 109 to 722 square metres, which works out to roughly 764 to 7,720 square feet, with soaring ceilings and bespoke finishes throughout. Every home is positioned to face either the Arabian Gulf or Burj Khalifa, and Dar Global presents that guaranteed view as one of the core promises of the project. For buyers, that means the choice comes down to two simple questions: how much space is needed, and whether the morning view should be the skyline or the sea.

Where the Build Stands Today
The project was first introduced in April 2025. By August 2026, the developer had announced that enabling works were wrapping up in September 2026 and had appointed Gulf Asia Contracting to build the podium, the base levels that support the tower above. Construction is reported to be progressing on schedule, and handover is set for December 2031. The site sits on Sheikh Zayed Road with direct access to Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain, while avoiding much of the traffic inside the central district.

Price, Payment Plan, Handover and Reaching Out
Agency listings show starting prices from about AED 4 million, although one agency advertises a lower entry figure, so the latest price list is worth requesting. Agencies describe the payment plan as 20% down, 70% during construction and 10% on handover, while the developer asks buyers to confirm current terms with its sales team. Handover is scheduled for December 2031. Autograph Realtors can share live availability, floor plans and the confirmed payment schedule for this Sheikh Zayed Road tower, so buyers can compare views and layouts with clear numbers. Anyone drawn to a home that shares an address with a hotel and a private club can get in touch at whatever pace suits them.
