Why The Ritz-Carlton Residences Redefine Creekside Living
MAG Group built this address so that owning a home here carries the same standard of care as staying inside a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Along the banks of Dubai Creek, residents step into private, owners-only service rather than a shared hotel lobby experience.
Living Beside the Creek and Ras Al Khor
Keturah Resort sits within Al Jaddaf, right where the calm water of Dubai Creek meets the untouched mangroves of Ras Al Khor Nature Reserve. That setting puts the skyline of Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour on full display from upper floors, while the ground level stays wrapped in landscaping rather than concrete. Air here carries naturally higher oxygen levels thanks to the surrounding mangroves, a detail few addresses in the city can claim. Two distinct building shapes, a butterfly form and an L-shaped layout, were chosen specifically to open every residence toward water and greenery rather than a neighbouring wall. The nature reserve stays protected land permanently, so the view from these homes cannot be built out by a future tower next door.
Homes Inside The Ritz-Carlton Residences
The collection runs from one bedroom apartments near 1,334 to 1,507 square feet up through two bedroom layouts with staff quarters near 2,552 square feet, and three bedroom residences stretching from roughly 3,436 to 6,508 square feet. MAG Group priced entry apartments from around AED 11 million, with two and three bedroom homes moving into the AED 11 million to AED 40 million range depending on floor and layout. Every apartment arrives fully furnished with pieces selected by award winning designers, removing the guesswork that usually follows a bare handover. MAG Group also built three eight bedroom mansions above the apartment collection, each treated as its own standalone property rather than a larger version of the same floor plan. Sizes for these mansions run well past 40,000 square feet once terraces and gardens are counted in.

Three Mansions Built Around Nature
Each mansion carries its own identity, named Earth, Water and Sky, with architecture drawn from that specific element rather than a shared template repeated three times. The Earth Mansion leans into grounded, natural materials across roughly 43,900 to 45,700 square feet, while the Water Mansion opens toward the creek across close to 45,200 to 47,100 square feet. The Sky Mansion claims the widest range of the three, spanning from around 42,900 up to 48,200 square feet with layouts built to catch light through the day. All three sit under WELL Certification Standards, covering air quality, lighting and wellness measures most residential towers never attempt. Spa and leisure facilities built specifically for mansion owners sit apart from the main residence amenities, keeping that tier genuinely private.

Service, Payment Terms and Your Next Step
Ritz-Carlton branding here means an assigned concierge team handling airport pick-up, provisioning the home before arrival, unpacking and pressing clothing, and building out a full stay itinerary on request, with in-residence dining available beyond the usual room service model. Payment runs across two main stages once booking is complete, with 40 percent due during construction and the remaining 60 percent due on handover, and completion is targeted for the first quarter of 2026. Autograph Realtors can walk through current unit availability, exact payment milestones and mansion pricing on request, since mansion units are typically quoted individually rather than listed at a fixed rate. Anyone weighing a home along this stretch of Dubai Creek can get straightforward answers here, with no pressure attached to the timeline for making a decision.
