Why Palace Villas Ostra Is Now a Resale Only Address
Some launches are remembered for their price. This one is remembered for selling out. Emaar Properties released these Palace branded waterfront villas at The Oasis in 2025, and property portals now list the collection as sold out from the developer, which means new owners can only buy through resale.

Handover is expected in 2029, with agencies quoting dates from the second to the third quarter of that year.
