Marina, Lagoon and Floating Courts
Residents get gated beach access, a private marina and yacht dock and a round central lagoon with a waterfall. Temperature controlled swimming pools, a splash park, floating sports courts, padel and tennis courts, a basketball court, a gym, a spa and sauna, a running track and an outdoor cinema fill the rest of the week. Families will find parks, shaded walking paths, children's play areas, a nursery, a clinic, a mosque and co-working spaces inside the community. The E11 highway is about five minutes away, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport around 30 minutes and Wynn Al Marjan Island about 36 minutes by car.

Price, Payment Plan, Handover and Reaching Out
Early listings show starting prices of about AED 580,000 for studios, AED 944,000 for one bedroom apartments, AED 1.49 million for two bedroom apartments and around AED 5.78 million for three bedroom townhouses. The payment plan and handover date have not yet been officially announced, and figures shared on social media vary widely, so only the developer's sales documents should be relied on.
