Homes and Amenities at JW Marriott Residences
The collection includes one, two and three bedroom apartments along with four bedroom duplexes and penthouses, and marketing material describes around 199 residences across three beachfront towers. Residents will share a lounge, a fitness centre, steam and sauna facilities, treatment and relaxation rooms, meeting spaces, a golf simulator and games area, a media room, a children's activity area and guest suites for visiting family. Taraf Holding is the real estate arm of Yas Holding, and this is its second project with Marriott after the sold out W Residences on Al Maryah Island. Taraf Holding is delivering the homes through a joint venture with Steppe Capital, while Marriott licenses the JW Marriott name and does not own, develop or sell the residences.
