Agency listings over the past year show average asking prices of about AED 8.87 million for a four bedroom villa, AED 10.8 million for a five bedroom villa and AED 13.3 million for a six bedroom villa, with many homes now offered as resale. The original plan was 40/60, with 10% on booking, 30% across four instalments during construction and 60% on completion. Handover was scheduled to begin from the second quarter of 2026, although one agency lists the first quarter of 2027 for this phase, so the current status should be confirmed.
