Why the Christian A. Rockefeller Tower Treats Offices Like Hotels
An office used to be a desk and a meeting room. This one adds a spa, a pool and a ballroom in the sky. LMD has launched the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, a 400 metre, 87 storey Grade A office building on Sheikh Zayed Road, and the first building anywhere to carry the Christian A. Rockefeller name.
Reading the Tower From Level 87 Down
The easiest way to understand the building is to start at the very top and work down. Level 87 holds a sky business centre called The Exchange, with co-working spaces, meeting rooms, podcast rooms and quiet pods for private calls, plus a ballroom, an outdoor terrace and an Observatory pool for corporate events. Lower down, two wellness floors bring a spa with treatment rooms, sauna, steam and ice rooms, a fitness hub with studios for yoga, Pilates, spin and martial arts, and an outdoor retreat with an infinity pool, a padel court and a meditation area. At the base, a triple height lobby with an artwork and water feature welcomes visitors, retail fills the first podium levels, and cafés and restaurants sit on the second. In all, five full floors are given over to amenities, which is the heart of the hotel style idea.
Four Office Collections in the Christian A. Rockefeller Tower
Workspace is split into four collections. Prime offices start from about 1,077 square feet, Elite from about 2,294, Executive from about 5,888 and the Presidential collection, set on full floors between Levels 71 and 80, from about 11,541 square feet with private terraces. A sales listing puts the total at 332 offices, ranging from individual units to half and full floors. LMD describes the concept as the hotelification of office space, drawing on its experience with hospitality led projects across Europe, Egypt and the UAE. The developer, led in the UAE by managing partner Hamad Al Abbar, is building the tower with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth generation descendant of the Rockefeller family, with sales led by Devmark, and LMD expects it to become Dubai's tallest commercial tower once complete.

The site sits on Sheikh Zayed Road between the Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stations. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are about five minutes away by road, Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes, and Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Business Bay are all close at hand. A curved, ribbed glass facade, planted terraces and a pointed crown give the tower its outline, while 23 lifts, including high speed double deck lifts, and more than 1,100 parking spaces handle daily traffic.

Pricing was not published in the launch announcement and is shared on request through the sales team. A sales listing describes a 50/50 payment plan with 10% on signing and VAT payable in instalments, though final terms should be confirmed in writing. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2031.
