The tower is arranged across three basement levels, a ground floor, two podium levels, a plaza level, twenty six residential floors, a mechanical floor and a rooftop, giving the building a clear separation between parking, shared spaces and homes. Studio through three bedroom layouts sit above the podium, each designed to make use of the tower's glass façade for wide, uninterrupted views rather than a single small window per room. That same façade gives the building its sharp, angular look from street level, standing apart from the flatter towers nearby. Office space and ground floor retail round out the lower levels, meaning residents share the address with working professionals and shoppers rather than living in a purely residential silo. Placing offices and retail within the same structure also means daily errands and even some work meetings can happen without stepping outside the building at all.
