Inside Barbados at DAMAC Islands 2
Damac built this island themed cluster around water rather than treating it as a backdrop. Barbados at DAMAC Islands 2 offers four, five and six bedroom townhouses and villas starting from AED 2.75 million.
Layouts and Design at Barbados at DAMAC Islands 2
Each home type here was shaped around a different stage of family life rather than one repeated floor plan. The four bedroom townhouse opens living and dining areas into a single connected space, paired with a well equipped kitchen, ensuite bedrooms and built in wardrobes that cut down on furniture shopping after move in. A private garden extends the living space outdoors, giving families room to spread out beyond the walls of the home itself. At the upper end, the six bedroom villa carries grand interiors across multiple entertainment spaces, premium bedroom suites and private outdoor areas, with architectural details that separate it clearly from the smaller townhouse layouts. Buyers choosing between these tiers are really choosing between two different rhythms of daily life, not just a bigger version of the same house.
A Community Shaped Around Water
Damac leaned into the island theme here rather than treating it as a marketing label. An infinity pool anchors the shared spaces, backed by landscaped gardens that soften the edges between buildings. A fully equipped fitness centre covers daily training, while jogging and walking tracks give residents a reason to move outdoors rather than only indoors. Kids play areas sit apart from the adult focused outdoor leisure lounges, so families and couples both find a corner that suits them. Water inspired surroundings run through the community rather than sitting in one isolated feature, and additional community recreation spaces round out what residents can use on any given day. Damac clearly built this around regular use, not a single postcard image.
Flexible Payment Plan

Payment Plan and Handover Timeline
The payment plan spreads cost across three stages rather than asking for most of it upfront. Buyers pay 20 percent as a down payment, followed by 55 percent during construction, with the remaining 25 percent due on handover once the home reaches completion. Handover itself is targeted for the second quarter of 2030, giving buyers a clear point to plan a move around well in advance. This structure suits buyers who prefer smaller payments through the build with a manageable final amount tied to a finished, move-in ready home.
