Azure by Lapis The Quick Picture
Azure by Lapis is a 40-storey freehold tower rising on Al Marjan Island's RAK Central district, with studios to three-bedroom duplexes from AED 750,000. Handover is officially set for Q4 2028, under a flexible 75/25 payment plan. Here is what the location, layouts and developer's own record add up to.
Where Azure by Lapis Sits on Al Marjan Island
Azure sits inside RAK Central, a short drive from Al Marjan Island's beaches, with Al Hamra Mall roughly a minute away and Al Hamra Golf Club close behind. Five-star neighbours such as Waldorf Astoria, Sofitel and Ritz-Carlton sit within four minutes, and the Wynn Resort & Casino is rising nearby. RAK Beach, the free zone and Marjan Island Boulevard fall within a seven-minute drive, while RAK International Airport is under half an hour away. Schools including RAK Academy and RAK Hospital sit roughly ten minutes out, and Dubai itself is reachable in about an hour along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. That mix of beach and airport access is still rare on this island.
Layouts, Sizes and the 75/25 Payment Plan
Studios start near 496 to 701 square feet, one-bedroom homes run close to 805 to 979 square feet, and two and three-bedroom apartments extend toward 1,400 and 1,590 square feet, with three-bedroom duplexes topping 5,200 square feet and sky villas priced up to AED 9.5 million. Every unit uses floor-to-ceiling glazing to frame the Gulf and open-plan kitchens sized for real cooking rather than show. The 75/25 plan asks for 75% across booking and construction, then spreads the remaining 25% over two years following handover, giving early buyers room most launches in this price bracket skip entirely.

LAPIS Properties' Track Record and the Investment Case
LAPIS Properties has built across the Middle East and Turkey for roughly two decades, running its UAE operations from Downtown Dubai under chairman Emad Mohareb, with Lazord by Lapis standing as its other flagship address. Ras Al Khaimah's annual tourism numbers have grown close to 15% year on year, and Al Marjan Island's hotel and entertainment pipeline points toward steady rental demand, with returns quoted up to 9% annually. Foreign buyers keep full freehold ownership, pay no personal income tax, and may qualify for a UAE residency visa through the purchase, which is why Azure keeps drawing both end users and investors.
