Brochures tell one story. Land records tell another, and here both point the same way. Azizi Developments launched this nature inspired tower in Jumeirah Village Circle in January 2025, construction began in early 2026, and real sales are already being registered floor by floor.
Thirty Parks Across the Neighbourhood
Jumeirah Village Circle has more than 30 landscaped parks, and that greenery is the idea behind the design. Several small parks, including Samer Park, Sabar Park and Qaret Park, sit within about 300 metres of the tower, so a morning walk or an evening run does not need a car. The tower rises 19 storeys, roughly 75 metres, and holds an estimated 260 homes made up of studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Azizi Developments announced in March 2025 that around 80% of the units had sold within months of launch, with buyers from about 20 nationalities. Recent Dubai Land Department records show studios of about 355 to 373 square feet, one bedroom homes of roughly 705 to 739 square feet and a two bedroom unit of about 1,109 square feet, which gives a clear picture of real layouts rather than brochure ranges. The architectural consultant is listed as 360 Degrees Architectural Design Consultancy, with Gardinia Contracting handling the main construction for Azizi Developments. For anyone choosing between layouts, the jump from a studio to a one bedroom roughly doubles the living space.

Drive Times From the Tower
Mapping estimates put Palm Jumeirah about 17 minutes away, Burj Al Arab around 18 minutes and The Dubai Mall and The Walk at JBR about 21 minutes each. Dubai International Airport is roughly 27 minutes by car and Al Maktoum International Airport about 34 minutes. The tower also sits close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, though real times always depend on traffic.

Price, Payment Plan, Handover and Reaching Out
At launch, prices started from around AED 617,000, though one agency lists a higher starting figure of about AED 881,000. Recent off plan resale records from October 2026 show studios changing hands at about AED 627,000 to AED 682,000, one bedroom homes at roughly AED 989,000 to AED 1.12 million and a two bedroom home at about AED 1.67 million. The launch payment plan was 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover, and agencies list handover for the first quarter of 2028.
