Why Autograph Collection at Damac Hills Stops at Just Fifty Homes
A signature is valuable because there is only one. That idea sits behind this release. Damac launched a set of just 50 boutique villas in April 2024 under the line "limited in number but limitless by design", so each home feels closer to an original than a copy.
Fourteen Designs, Three Countries of Marble
Fifty homes share fourteen different layouts, which means few neighbours will own the same villa. The finishes are where the boutique idea shows most clearly. Marble is sourced from Italy, Spain and Greece, and listings name stones such as Armani Grey and Serpentine marble alongside timber veneer, bronze metal details, textured wallpaper and porcelain tiles. The brochure describes customisable spaces and private corners of greenery inside each plot, so the home can be shaped around the family rather than the other way around. It is the kind of detail that makes walking through two villas feel like visiting two different homes, not two copies of one plan.

The release offers four, five, six and seven bedroom villas spread across the wider community, with agency floor plans showing sizes from about 2,919 square feet for a four bedroom villa up to roughly 22,800 square feet for the largest seven bedroom mansion. Damac positions these homes with views over parks and the golf course, and the Trump International Golf Club sits roughly half a kilometre from the collection. Land Department records from 2026 show plots changing hands from about AED 7.1 million for a plot of around 3,770 square feet up to about AED 30.3 million for one of nearly 14,600 square feet. Damac has said the collection expands its premium homes range, and with only fifty villas in total, the choice is small for anyone set on a specific layout or view.

The surrounding community is home to nearly four million square feet of parkland, with gardens, lakes, a skate park, stables, a football field and tennis courts. Ash Mount School and Jebel Ali School sit just over a kilometre away, and Dubai Miracle Garden is about 4.5 kilometres from the plots. Mapping estimates place Al Maktoum International Airport about 29 minutes away, Palm Jumeirah about 27 minutes, The Dubai Mall about 33 minutes and Dubai International Airport around 37 minutes, though real times depend on traffic.

At launch, prices started from AED 5.1 million. Agencies describe a 60/40 payment plan, with 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. Handover is estimated for May 2027, though one agency lists December 2027, so the date in each sales agreement is the one to rely on.
